FindMy asks for your permission before collecting website analytics. You may accept, reject, or withdraw analytics permission at any time through Analytics settings on public pages. Rejecting analytics does not prevent browsing.

What optional analytics includes

After consent, we record pages visited, listing impressions and views, searches, clicked links and buttons, selected location labels, and active time on a page. We use a visitor and session identifier to show the order of a visit. We remove query strings from stored destination and referrer URLs. We do not store your raw IP address or full browser user agent in analytics events.

Location choice

Your browser may ask to share your current location on your first visit. If allowed, we resolve it to a South African place and use that place in the site Location Picker. If you decline or location lookup fails, the site uses South Africa. The site keeps your selected place for future visits. Analytics receives its place label only if you separately accept analytics.

Retention and withdrawal

Withdrawing consent stops new analytics collection on this browser and clears its analytics identifiers and unsent events. Previously stored events are retained according to our analytics retention process; withdrawal does not automatically delete those earlier records.
