Property rules
Terms & Conditions Rates are for the whole villa on a self-catering basis and include service (mon to fri excluding public holidays), all linen and all towels. Unless paid within 48 hours, booking will lapse automatically. NB!! * The villa is not party venue. * No loud noise or music allowed at any time. * Maximum 8 guests allowed on property at any one time. * We require a refundable damage deposit of R2000 for every booking. This must be paid in cash on arrival and will be paid back by EFT after departure We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
