Property rules

Bookings are made and accepted subject to the following Terms & Conditions: A 50% deposit is required to secure and confirm all bookings. Bookings will automatically be released if the deposit is not received within 7 days. Full pre-payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, require full pre-payment. Cancellation Policy After numerous requests for different and in some cases less stringent cancellation policies, we have taken the decision to standardise our cancellation policy to terms that seem to suit most operators. Please familiarise yourself with the new standard cancellation terms below: By paying this invoice, you confirm acceptance of our standard cancellation policy. If for any reason the terms outlined below are different from what is in place with your entity, please contact us. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: 25% forfeiture of the total booking amount due (25% payable to Sibuya) Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: 50% forfeiture of the total booking amount due (50% payable to Sibuya) Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: 80% forfeiture of the total booking amount due (80% payable to Sibuya) Any cancellation between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival will incur a 7% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges. Arrival and Departure Times Scheduled boat transfer (for FITs) leave from Sibuya Reception in Kenton-on-Sea, twice daily, at 12:00 (noon) and 15:30. Guests are requested to check in at reception (39 Eastbourne Road, Kenton-on-Sea) at least half an hour before the boat departure time (travel times: PE airport allow 80-100 mins ? EL airport allow 120mins). We strongly recommend that, where possible, guests join the morning transfer as this allows guests to enjoy lunch and afternoon activities on their day of arrival. Late arrivals for the noon transfer, not wishing to wait for the afternoon transfer, may request a private boat transfer. For departing guests, scheduled boat transfers return to reception at 11:00 daily to allow for check out and departure by 11:30. An early departure, at no charge, is also available at 08:00 to allow for check out and departure by 08.30. Afternoon arrivals and early morning departures may cause guests to miss game drives. Where possible, guides will attempt to replace missed game drives with a night drive at some time during their stay. All boat transfer times to please be confirmed prior to arrival. Requests for unscheduled transfers at any other times other than stated above, NEED TO BE MADE IN ADVANCE and will incur an additional cost. Child Policy A game drive vehicle will be allocated to all bookings with children under the age of 6 years, without additional charge. Rhino Conservation Levy The Rhino Conservation Levy is utilised solely for the protection of our rhino via our Rhino Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to the preservation of the species. Rhino Conservation Levy details: This levy is charged at per person per night; or per person per day (in case of day trips). This levy comes at an additional cost and is not included in our rates. Rates include: Accommodation, all meals, local beverages, scheduled boat transfers to and from the Reserve, afternoon and morning game drives, bush walking, fishing, canoeing and VAT. Optional extras include spa treatments and horse riding. For a 3-night stay or longer we included a river cruise from the Reserve to one of the beautiful beaches in Kenton on Sea, for a packed picnic lunch. Reservations must be informed in advance of any special dietary requirements, food allergies or special requests.
