*** Booking Terms and Campsite Information *** Please take time to familiarise yourself with our campsite booking terms and conditions here: https://www.tanglewoodnatureestate.com/booking-terms Booking Deposit and Payment You must confirm your provisional booking via payment of a deposit within 48 hours of booking. Unconfirmed provisional bookings are automatically cancelled. Once payment is made, please email proof of payment (POP) to bookings@tanglewoodnatureestate.com. TangleWood cannot be held responsible for a cancelled bookings (and or unavailability) if the POP is not provided in time and your booking is cancelled. Pods and Tents must be paid in full before arrival, including same-day bookings. Bookings are confirmed after your payment reflects in our bank account. Deposit Payments EFT: Standard Bank, TangleWood, Account 281 829 861, Branch 052838 OR Card Payments can be made via our YOCO payment platform using attached link: https://pay.yoco.com/tanglewood Penalty for One-Night Bookings For weekends and school holidays, we charge a penalty for one-night-only bookings, calculated per unit: R120 per Lodge Tent or Camping Stand. R200 per Pod or Luxury Tent. Campsite Stand / Tent Map View our campsite map online at: https://www.tanglewoodnatureestate.com/camp-map Cancellations and Date Changes Moving out your confirmed booking date is considered a cancellation. Cancellation fees will apply. Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation terms and change penalties. https://www.tanglewoodnatureestate.com/booking-terms Maximum Number of Guests Each unit has a strict maximum capacity and no exceptions will be made. If you arrive with more persons than booked and you exceed the maximum number allowed for your unit (s), additional guests will have to book their own unit. Availability is not guaranteed. Music, Noise and Groups No music is allowed at the campsite. We maintain a low-noise environment for the enjoyment of all guests. Group bookings will only be taken under special conditions. https://www.tanglewoodnatureestate.com/booking-terms Boats Boats with engines over 15 HP must have a valid and current COC (Certificate of Competence) and COF (Certificate of Fitness). Guests are responsible for ensuring all certificates are valid and boats with expired certificates will not be allowed to launch. Proof of ID All guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.
