Terms & Conditions: Booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. In the event of cancellation, the following rules shall apply: *CANCELLATION fees of 100% of the value of the booking will apply if your reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival. * AMENDMENT fees of 25% of the value of the booking will apply if you amend your reservation 21 days or less prior to arrival. * In the event of a NO-SHOW -100% of the total value of the booking will apply. * Payment: Full pre-payment is required at the time of online booking. Conservation Fees: * Conservation Fees of R500.00 per adult per stay and R250.00 per child per stay * The conservation levy guests pay is vital in helping Gondwana Game Reserve protect its endangered flora and fauna through its anti-poaching unit and training facility as well as ongoing conservation programs to strengthen our biodiversity. * Check-in from 14:00 * Check-out 11:00 CHILD POLICY – Lehele lodge villa (no kids under the age of 12 years allowed in kwena lodge suites and Kwena) • Lehele Lodge is the only child friendly lodge on the Reserve catering to families with a focus on creating an enchanting safari experience for children. • Lehele Villas are a self-drive option to and from the Lodge for meals and game drives. • All children over the age of 3 years of age staying in the Lehele Villas will be able to join on game drives. • Children 2-3 years of age can participate in the Bokkie Drive after breakfast, or one can hire an exclusive-use vehicle, both at an additional cost. • Game drives from Lehele Lodge run for 2.5 – 3 hours dependant on the ages of the children on game drive. • Children 0 - 2.99 years of age stay complimentary when sharing with two full-paying adults. • Children 3 - 5.99 years of age pay 30% of the per person sharing rate. • Children 6 - 11.99 years of age pay 50% of full adult rate regardless of whether they stay in their parents room or occupy another room in the Villa. • Children 12 years & older pay full adult rate.
