Property rules
BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: Each booking made is charged a refundable breakage deposit of R2000 for villas, R500 for forest chalets and camping. The breakage deposit will only be refunded within 14 business days after the day of departure into the guestÂ’s bank account when there is no damages, breakage or shortages. Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform our offices immediately. SERVICE FEE: Villas - R150 per night for housekeeping & security services. Chalet & Camping - R75 per night for housekeeping, laundry & security services. AMDIN FEE of R100 Excessive noise and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Strict penalties apply. Remember your passport and ensure that it is vaild for 3 months after return.
