With a background in technology and business, he set out to build a smarter way for people to discover what they need, while helping businesses get found for what they do best. Today, Dino leads FindMy’s strategy, technology and growth, with a focus on building a platform that connects the right people with the right businesses at the right time.

Joubert helps shape the business behind FindMy. As Strategic Advisor, he brings a commercial and strategic perspective to how the company is structured, funded and positioned for growth. His focus is on building the right foundations for financial sustainability and making sure FindMy is equipped to scale into a much larger market.

Rochak leads the development team and technical architecture behind FindMy, bringing his background as a software engineer to the heart of the platform. He oversees everything from the website and search technology to AI, integrations and infrastructure. His focus is on building technology that is fast, reliable and secure, while keeping FindMy ready for what comes next and ensuring complex technical challenges translate into a seamless user experience.

As Product Delivery Lead, Rakesh works on understanding business requirements and translating them into practical website and mobile app features. He defines feature functionality, workflows, and implementation requirements, working closely with development and design teams to ensure products are built according to business needs. He also identifies opportunities to improve existing features, helping enhance usability, performance and the overall product experience.

As Head of Operations, Nastasha brings together the many moving parts behind FindMy, from user experience and business processes to product development and commercial strategy. She works closely with the team to turn ideas into practical systems, constantly looking at how FindMy can work better for both businesses and the people using the platform. Her focus is on making the complex feel simple, and turning big ideas into something that works.

Alexia keeps FindMy moving behind the scenes and in front of its audience. As Content & Office Manager, she coordinates daily operations, works closely with the founders and sales team to keep projects moving, and researches and writes FindMy’s blog content. Her role combines the organisation needed to keep the business running with the curiosity and creativity needed to keep FindMy relevant.

Lebohang brings a driven, results focused approach to his role as Account Executive at FindMy. He works closely with business owners to understand their needs and show them how FindMy can increase their online visibility, attract new customers and support their growth. He values strong relationships and takes pride in creating long term partnerships that deliver real value.

Steven brings a strong background in sales, customer relationships and digital marketing to his role as Account Executive at FindMy. He works closely with business owners to understand their challenges and help them strengthen their digital presence and reach more customers. With a relationship first approach, Steven believes great businesses deserve to be discovered and his goal is to help them get found, get noticed and grow.
