Insider Dining Tips
•Alice Contemporary Dining Guide
•Alice offers a tasting menu experience where each dish tells a story through Cape Town's seasonal ingredients and creative culinary techniques.
•Expect 7-10 carefully sequenced courses designed to be eaten in a specific order that builds flavors and sensations throughout the meal.
•Wine pairings are highly recommended - they're expertly chosen to complement each course and enhance the overall dining journey.
•Arrive on time for your reservation as the dining experience follows a choreographed timeline with each table progressing through courses simultaneously.
•Let staff know about dietary restrictions when booking, not on arrival - the kitchen needs advance notice to maintain Alice's high standards with adaptations.
•Photos are welcome but be mindful of other diners' experiences - quick snaps without flash work best at this intimate venue.
Insider Tip
•Book Alice's chef's counter seats for the ultimate experience - you'll witness the culinary team in action and often receive surprise off-menu tastes.
