Insider Dining Tips
•Bundu Inn Safari Dining Guide
•Bundu Inn offers a unique African bush dining experience where game meats and traditional South African fare take center stage.
•Start with a selection of biltong and droëwors (dried sausage) to get your taste buds acclimated to authentic bushveld flavors.
•Main courses typically feature game meats like kudu, springbok, and ostrich - order medium-rare to fully appreciate their rich, lean flavors.
•Family-style potjiekos (traditional stew cooked in cast iron pots) is ideal for groups - these slow-cooked dishes showcase local ingredients.
•Save room for malva pudding or koeksisters for dessert - these traditional South African sweets perfectly complement the savory game dishes.
•When drinking, pair your meal with a robust South African red wine or try a locally brewed craft beer for the full experience.
Insider Tip
•Sunday buffet offers the best value - unlimited game meat options for R295 per person, with half-price for children under 12.
