Insider Dining Tips
•Chapter 5 Breakfast & Bar Basics
•Start with their signature breakfast buffet (6:30-10:30am) featuring both Indian and South African specialties — optimal for sampling multiple cuisines in one sitting.
•For South African flavors, try their boerewors and chakalaka combo; for Indian options, focus on their curry selections and roti bread.
•Split their generous "Rise & Shine" breakfast platters between two people — they're designed for sharing despite not being explicitly marketed as such.
•Transition from day to night at the same venue — Chapter 5 transforms from breakfast spot to sophisticated cocktail bar as evening approaches.
•When ordering cocktails, ask for South African-inspired specialties that use local ingredients like rooibos and Cape botanicals.
Insider Tip
•Sunday brunch includes a complimentary mimosa when you mention "Skye Sunday" to your server.
