Insider Dining Tips
•Chefs Warehouse at Maison: French Dining Decoded
•Chef Liam Tomlin's renowned small plates concept follows classic French dining progression, allowing you to experience multiple flavor profiles in one sitting.
•The tasting menu format means decisions are minimal - simply choose between the regular or vegetarian menu, then enjoy the chef's selection.
•Wine pairings are expertly crafted to complement each course, but you can also order by the bottle from Maison's estate selection.
•Pace yourself through the 8-course journey; each small plate builds on the previous, culminating in a balanced culinary experience.
•Trust your server's guidance on plate arrangement and eating order - the French-inspired progression is intentionally designed.
•Save room for dessert! Unlike some tasting venues, Chefs Warehouse at Maison includes sublime sweet finishers as part of the experience.
Insider Tip
•Book the Thursday lunch service for a more relaxed atmosphere and request a vineyard-facing table for spectacular Franschhoek Valley views.
