Insider Dining Tips
•Clara's Barn Contemporary Bar Etiquette
•Clara's Barn operates as both a sophisticated farm-to-table restaurant and stylish bar, so arrive ready to explore both experiences.
•The cocktail program features craft spirits and farm-fresh ingredients – trust the bartenders' recommendations as they often use seasonal herbs grown on-site.
•For the full experience, start with drinks at the bar before transitioning to dinner, as this follows the natural flow of the space.
•Small plates are designed for sharing while enjoying drinks – order 2-3 per person and stagger your orders rather than all at once.
•The wine list highlights local Cape vineyards – ask for pairing suggestions as staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about regional offerings.
Insider Tip
•Join their "Barn Raising" happy hour (Tuesday-Thursday, 4-6pm) for half-price signature cocktails and complimentary bar snacks.
