Insider Dining Tips
•Coalition Pizza Blairgowrie: Pizza Party Protocol
•Share pizza Randburg-style at Coalition by ordering multiple pies for the table rather than individual servings - their thin-crust creations are perfect for sampling variety.
•Start with a signature Coalition appetizer while deciding on your pizza selections - the garlic focaccia makes an excellent precursor to the main event.
•Don't overload on toppings when customizing your pizza; Coalition's artisanal approach shines best with 3-4 quality ingredients that complement each other.
•Save room for the wood-fired dessert pizzas - a Coalition specialty that transforms sweet ingredients into a crispy, caramelized finale.
•When dining with a group, consider the half-and-half option to maximize variety without overwhelming the table with too many pizzas.
Insider Tip
•Coalition's weekday lunch special (12-3PM) offers any classic pizza plus a soft drink for R95 - perfect for Randburg business lunches or casual meetups.
