Insider Dining Tips
•Eagles Nest Wilderness Dining Guide
•This cliffside restaurant offers a truly immersive nature dining experience with panoramic views of the surrounding wilderness.
•Request a window table when booking to maximize the spectacular views, especially during sunset hours.
•The menu changes seasonally based on local ingredients - ask your server about the chef's recommended pairings.
•Dress in layers as the temperature can fluctuate with elevation, especially for outdoor terrace seating.
•Allow 2-3 hours for the full Eagles Nest experience - rushing through meals here defeats the purpose.
Insider Tip
•Join their "Altitude Club" for a complimentary welcome drink and priority booking during peak seasons.
