Insider Dining Tips
•Epice Fine Dining Etiquette
•Epice offers an intimate fine dining experience with a spice-focused tasting menu that changes seasonally, reflecting Chef Charné Sampson's innovative approach.
•Reservations are essential and should be made well in advance (at least 3-4 weeks) as this acclaimed restaurant has limited seating.
•The tasting menu is designed to be enjoyed as a complete journey - let the kitchen guide your experience rather than picking and choosing dishes.
•Wine pairings are thoughtfully curated to complement the spice profiles - consider the pairing option for the full Epice experience.
•Trust the staff's timing - dishes are precisely paced to build upon each other, creating a narrative through flavors and textures.
•Dress smart-casual at minimum - while not strictly formal, the refined atmosphere calls for appropriate attire that honors the dining experience.
Insider Tip
•Book the chef's counter seats for an interactive experience where you can watch the culinary team at work and often receive special off-menu tastes.
