Insider Dining Tips
•Ever Be Event Dining Etiquette
•Ever Be Wedding and Function Venue operates primarily for special occasions, so understand their dining format varies based on your event package.
•Most events feature plated service or buffet options - confirm your preference when booking to ensure the right setup for your celebration.
•For wedding receptions, the venue typically allocates 45-60 minutes for canapés during photography time before the main service begins.
•Consider dietary restrictions when finalizing your menu - Ever Be requires these details at least 14 days before your event date.
•If hosting a corporate function, their breakfast and lunch packages offer different serving styles than evening events - discuss timing with their coordinator.
•Table assignments are your responsibility - provide your final seating chart at least 7 days before to allow proper venue setup.
Insider Tip
•Book your tasting session 3-4 months before your event date for a complimentary menu sampling (limited to wedding packages over R75,000).
