Insider Dining Tips
•Fishmonger Centurion: Seafood Sharing Secrets
•Start with their fresh oysters or prawns peri-peri as appetizers while deciding on mains. The Portuguese-Mediterranean influence shines in these starters.
•Order family-style for the full Fishmonger experience – their seafood platters are designed for sharing and offer the best variety of their catch.
•When ordering sushi, mix signature rolls with traditional options. Their fusion creations blend Portuguese flavors with Japanese techniques.
•Save room for their famous Portuguese desserts – the pastéis de nata pairs perfectly after a seafood feast.
•For the indecisive, try their "catch of the day – always the freshest option and often features local South African seafood specialties.
Insider Tip
•Tuesday nights offer "All You Can Eat Sushi" for R249 per person, making it Centurion's best midweek seafood deal.
