Insider Dining Tips
•THE GLASS LOUNGE: BISTRO & BAR BASICS
•Start with a signature cocktail at the bar before moving to your table – The Glass Lounge's mixologists craft drinks that complement their diverse menu.
•For tapas-style dining, order 2-3 small plates per person and share family-style to experience Cape Town flavors with South African flair.
•Pair burgers or pub fare with local craft beers – the staff can recommend perfect matches for whatever you're ordering.
•When ordering pizzas, consider half-and-half options to sample more of their creative toppings without overordering.
•Save room for coffee and dessert – The Glass Lounge transforms from day to evening venue, with their coffee program being as serious as their cocktails.
Insider Tip
•Happy Hour runs Tuesday-Thursday from 4-6pm with half-price on select tapas and 2-for-1 on house cocktails.
