Insider Dining Tips
•Gorge Wellness Café Wisdom
•Start your healthy journey with Gorge's signature breakfast bowls, available all day and packed with superfood ingredients that deliver both flavor and nutrition.
•For the indecisive health-conscious diner, opt for the sharing platters which let you sample multiple vegetarian specialties without overcommitting to one dish.
•Coffee enthusiasts should pair their artisanal brew with one of Gorge's raw energy balls — they're small enough to complement rather than compete with your caffeine fix.
•Time your visit strategically: weekday mornings offer the most peaceful atmosphere for laptop work, while weekend brunches buzz with Sandton's wellness crowd.
•If following a specific diet (keto, vegan, gluten-free), alert your server upfront — Gorge's kitchen is adept at modifications but needs advance notice for best results.
Insider Tip
•Join their "Green Club" on your first visit — every fifth smoothie is free, and members get first access to their popular seasonal detox programs.
