Insider Dining Tips
•Infinity Restaurant Contemporary Dining Compass
•Infinity's 26th-floor locale means reservations are essential, especially for window tables with panoramic Table Mountain views.
•Start with their signature welcome cocktails, designed to complement the international menu's fusion flavors.
•The menu transitions from lighter starters to substantial mains — pace yourself to enjoy the full culinary journey.
•Don't hesitate to ask servers about Chef's specials; the kitchen often creates off-menu items featuring seasonal Cape ingredients.
•For the complete experience, leave room for their deconstructed desserts that blend global techniques with South African flavors.
•While main courses stand alone, consider ordering sides to share — their truffle fries and seasonal vegetables elevate any dish.
Insider Tip
•Book for sunset dining between 6-7PM and receive a complimentary glass of South African MCC with any main course.
