Insider Dining Tips
•Ishushu Woodfired Pizza Guide
•## Pizza Perfection Protocol
•Start with Ishushu's classics before exploring creative options - their traditional Margherita showcases their exceptional woodfired base.
•Pizzas are sized for individual eating, but ordering 3-4 varieties for a table of 4 creates the perfect sharing experience.
•Ask about the day's special toppings - Ishushu's chefs often experiment with seasonal local ingredients not on the regular menu.
•The wood-fired oven means pizzas arrive quickly - order drinks and sides first to pace your meal properly.
•Don't be shy to request light charring if you prefer a more authentic Neapolitan-style crust with those signature leopard spots.
Insider Tip
•Weekday happy hour (3-5pm) gets you a buy-one-get-one-half-price deal on any signature Ishushu pizza.
