Insider Dining Tips
•Island Café Coffee Corner
•Start with the Turbine's signature breakfast offerings - served from 7AM daily and perfect for soaking in marina views from the waterside tables.
•Pair your coffee with their freshly baked pastries, all made in-house and often featuring seasonal ingredients from local Knysna suppliers.
•For light meals, the Café's harvest boards are ideal for sharing - combining local cheeses, cured meats, and artisanal preserves.
•If you're visiting midday, grab a window seat to watch boats navigate the Knysna lagoon while enjoying their famous open sandwiches.
•The Café transitions seamlessly from daytime coffee spot to sundowner venue - their deck becomes prime real estate after 4PM.
Insider Tip
•Sign up for the Turbine's "Island Rewards" program at the counter - every 5th coffee is free, plus birthday treats for members.
