Insider Dining Tips
•Jemima's Hospitality Bunker: African Fusion Dining Guide
•Start with their signature fusion platter, which expertly combines East African spices with classic burger elements and vegetarian options.
•When ordering steaks, specify your preferred doneness AND spice level – Jemima's offers traditional African heat scales that differ from standard mild/medium/hot.
•Health-conscious diners should explore the "Bunker Bowls" section where African grains meet fresh vegetables with protein options.
•For groups, consider their "Community Table" option – a pre-selected variety of dishes served family-style at a fixed per-person rate.
•Pizza lovers: their wood-fired options feature unique African-inspired toppings that pair surprisingly well with their house-made vegetarian sides.
Insider Tip
•Tuesday nights feature the "Bunker Bargain – any signature burger plus craft beer for just £12 between 5-7pm.
