Insider Dining Tips
•Oak Tree Functions Event Venue Guide
•Oak Tree Functions specializes in private events and catered functions rather than regular restaurant service.
•Book your event at least 1-2 months in advance, especially for weekend dates when the venue books quickly.
•Request a venue tour before committing - seeing the space helps with planning decorations and understanding the flow.
•Their function packages include venue hire, basic decor, and catering options. Always clarify what's included to avoid surprises.
•For corporate events, ask about their AV equipment and technical setup to ensure compatibility with your presentation needs.
Insider Tip
•Book a weekday event (Mon-Thurs) for up to 15% discount on venue hire fees compared to weekend rates.
