Insider Dining Tips
•Ocean Basket Oakfields: Mediterranean Seafood Savvy
•Start with mezze platters to share — the tzatziki, taramasalata and pita make perfect appetizers while deciding on mains.
•Order fish by weight if dining with others — a 600g catch easily serves two people with sides to complement.
•For sushi lovers, the platters offer better value than individual pieces, especially for groups of 3-4.
•Consider family-style dining with whole fish selections and several sides rather than individual plates.
•Seafood platters combine Ocean Basket's best offerings — ideal for first-timers who want to sample signature items.
•Don't fill up on complimentary bread — save room for the restaurant's legendary lemon butter sauce with your seafood.
Insider Tip
•Ocean Basket's Monday Platter Special offers selected platters at reduced prices, perfect for date night or family dinners.
