Insider Dining Tips
•Karoo Café: Mediterranean Modern Munchies
•Start with their signature coffee paired with a pastry - locals swear the baristas pull some of the best espresso in The Willows area.
•For light meals, order at the counter but let them know if you're staying - table service kicks in after your initial order.
•Mediterranean platters are designed for sharing - one platter serves 2-3 people comfortably with their freshly baked flatbreads.
•The burger menu offers a "build your own" option - start with the base and add toppings for R15 each rather than pre-designed specialty options.
•Their outdoor seating area under the willows is prime real estate - arrive before 11am on weekends to secure these coveted spots.
•Save room for their baklava - Karoo Café's modern twist on this Mediterranean classic sells out almost daily.
Insider Tip
•Download the Karoo Café app for your 5th coffee free and exclusive "Sunset Special" - half-price Mediterranean tapas plates from 4-6pm weekdays.
