Insider Dining Tips
•Saigon Suzy Parkwood: Asian Fusion Finesse
•Order 2-3 dishes per person to fully experience Saigon Suzy's pan-Asian menu - their small plates are designed for sharing.
•Start with cold items (sushi, salads) before moving to hot dishes - this pacing allows flavors to build properly.
•Don't skip the bao buns - they're the perfect shareable starter before diving into sushi rolls or larger plates.
•For sushi lovers, opt for one signature roll and one classic roll per person to balance creative flavors with traditional tastes.
•When dining in groups, the "Lucky Suzy" option lets the chef decide your feast - perfect for first-timers overwhelmed by choices.
•Save room for dessert - their Asian-inspired sweet endings provide the perfect flavor contrast after savory dishes.
