Insider Dining Tips
•Spice - The Indian Kitchen: Halaal Vegetarian Handbook
•Start with the thali — a single platter with multiple small portions is the perfect way to sample Spice's diverse Indian flavors.
•Split dishes family-style rather than ordering individual meals. Their generous portions are designed for sharing.
•Order a balance of wet and dry dishes — pair gravies like paneer butter masala with drier options like vegetable biryani.
•Request spice levels to match your preference. Spice's kitchen happily adjusts heat from mild to fiery authentic.
•Save room for their cardamom-infused desserts. The perfect cooling counterbalance after a spicy vegetarian feast.
•Pair meals with lassi or specialty teas. These traditional beverages complement the robust flavors of Spice's halaal menu.
Insider Tip
•Tuesday lunch special: 25% off any thali platter between 12-2PM. Perfect for first-timers wanting to sample multiple dishes.
