Insider Dining Tips
•The Grand Daddy Hotel Rooftop Dining Guide
•The rooftop setting offers panoramic views of Cape Town - arrive before sunset for the most magical experience with Table Mountain as backdrop.
•Small plates are ideal for sharing - order 2-3 per person and stagger your orders rather than requesting everything at once.
•Weekends feature live music sessions - book in advance as the rooftop fills quickly, especially during summer months.
•Weather dictates the experience - while there's partial covering, check the forecast before heading up as Cape Town winds can be unpredictable.
•Cocktails are the specialty here - pair signature drinks with your food for the complete Grand Daddy rooftop experience.
Insider Tip
•Happy Hour runs Monday-Thursday from 4-6pm with half-price on selected cocktails and complimentary bar snacks.
