Insider Dining Tips
•The LivingRoom Fine Dining Finesse
•Balance your experience by selecting dishes from different sections - The LivingRoom's menu flows from lighter starters to substantial mains.
•Consider the chef's tasting menu for the full culinary journey - it showcases Summerhill Estate's signature dishes in perfectly portioned servings.
•When ordering à la carte, aim for 1-2 courses per person plus a shared dessert for the perfect pacing.
•Request wine pairing suggestions - the staff can match South African and international wines to your contemporary fare selections.
•Vegetarian and vegan diners should mention dietary preferences when booking - The LivingRoom creates off-menu plant-based specialties with advance notice.
Insider Tip
•Book their Sunday "Estate Experience" - R395 gets you a three-course menu and complimentary estate tour of Summerhill's grounds.
