Insider Dining Tips
•The Palace of The Lost City: Fine Dining Protocols
•Dress appropriately for this upscale establishment – smart casual is minimum, but formal attire is recommended for dinner service.
•Make reservations well in advance, especially for weekend dining or special occasions when tables fill quickly.
•Consider the tasting menu for the full Palace experience, allowing the chef to showcase seasonal specialties and signature creations.
•Pace yourself through multiple courses – The Palace dining is meant to be savored slowly over 2-3 hours.
•When uncertain about wine pairings, trust the sommelier's recommendations to complement the complex flavor profiles.
•For larger groups, the private dining rooms offer a more intimate experience with personalized service.
Insider Tip
•Sunday brunch includes complimentary access to the resort's Valley of Waves for the day – perfect for making a full experience of your visit.
