Insider Dining Tips
•Willowbrooke Wedding Venue Dining Protocol
•Willowbrooke operates primarily as a function venue, so dining is typically part of pre-arranged wedding or event packages.
•Most meals are served as plated multi-course affairs or elegant buffets, depending on what the hosting couple has selected.
•For weddings, expect a champagne reception with canapés while photos are taken, followed by the formal seated meal.
•Dietary restrictions should be communicated well in advance through the event organizer, not directly to the venue.
•Tables are typically assigned by the hosts, so check the seating chart upon arrival rather than choosing your own seat.
Insider Tip
•Willowbrooke offers Sunday lunch buffets once monthly — follow their social media for dates and secure reservations at least two weeks ahead.
