Your Questions Answered
Which areas of Johannesburg does Alberto's serve?:Alberto's works exclusively in Johannesburg South and Johannesburg East. They focus on residential properties in these areas only.
How does the quoting and project process work at Alberto's?:When you make contact, Alberto's takes your details and schedules a site visit at your home. They need to see the work in person, especially for waterproofing or flooring measurements, so they can provide an accurate quote with no hidden costs. Once the quote is accepted they book a start date for the project. Use the get quote button to get started.
How does Alberto's approach waterproofing differently from a standard painter?:Many people assume waterproofing is a quick patch that any painter can handle. Alberto's treats the damp at the source with proper structural preparation and specific chemical applications. If the underlying problem is not fixed, moisture simply pushes back through new paint within a few months. Their process includes stripping old paint, treating the affected areas, preparing the surfaces and then applying the final coats so the problem stays resolved.
What woodwork and flooring options does Alberto's supply and install?:Alberto's supplies and installs solid and semi solid interior doors, frames, skirtings and architraves. Available woods include Meranti, Saligna, Superwood and Pine. They also install premium German laminate flooring, offered in organic versions with a 30 year warranty and non organic versions with a 20 year warranty. All work is measured and quoted on site.
Does Alberto's manage the entire project from start to finish?:Yes. Alberto's handles the full process for every job. On a typical wall repair they strip the old paint, treat the damp, prepare the surfaces and apply the final coats. The same team can complete the woodwork and flooring so the entire space is finished by one reliable team.
What warranties come with the German laminate flooring?:Alberto's German laminate flooring comes with a 20 year warranty on the non organic range and a 30 year warranty on the organic range. The exact warranty depends on the specific product chosen for the project.
