EmpowerTHEM: Community Tour (Goodwood)

Cape Town, Western Cape

1-Day Intensive Career Strategy Workshop Applying for jobs and hearing nothing back? You're not alone - but continuing to do the same thing won't change the outcome. Every day, thousands of talented people are overlooked because they don't understand how recruiters think, what employers are looking for, or how to position themselves effectively in a highly competitive job market. This isn't another motivational talk. It's a practical, no-fluff workshop designed to expose the mistakes that keep job seekers stuck and equip you with the exact strategies needed to stand out, get noticed, and get hired. You'll learn how to build a CV that captures attention, create a LinkedIn profile that attracts opportunities, navigate the hidden job market, ace interviews with confidence, and develop a personal brand that makes employers take notice. Most importantly, you'll get a rare behind-the-scenes look into the recruitment process. Discover what really happens after you leave an interview, how hiring decisions are made, what recruiters and hiring managers discuss behind closed doors, and the factors that determine who gets shortlisted, who gets rejected, and who gets the offer. Whether you're unemployed, a graduate entering the workforce, or a professional seeking your next opportunity, this workshop will challenge the way you approach your job search and provide a clear roadmap to achieving career success. Stop guessing what employers want. Start understanding how they think. Your future career won't be determined by luck. It will be determined by strategy.
